Michael Timlin has been appointed to sit on the New York State Security Guard Advisory Council based on his experience in the Security Industry for over twenty years. Mr. Timlin has also been selected by New York State Office of Homeland Security to attend in numerous training courses conducted all around the United States relating to Incident Bomb Training and Terrorism Training.

Charles Timlin created Gold Shield Training Center in 1992 following the running of RDT Security Ltd. Mr. Timlin is also a Certified National Rifle Association (NRA) Instructor for over 25 years.

 Ray A. Sulla, Certified Instructor
Ray A. Sulla is a Retired Detective Sergeant of the New York City Police Department who has over 20 years of diversified experience in the Warrants Division, Housing and Detective Bureaus and Anti Crime. Mr. Sulla is a Certified Hazmat Technician and is certified by New York State Office of Homeland Security in Biological, Chemical, Radiological and Nuclear Weapons and Incident Command. He has traveled around the country teaching First Responders about Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) for New York State Office of Homeland Security. Mr. Sulla has numerous training courses to his name from Criminal Investigations to Dignitary Protection. Mr. Sulla is also licensed as a Private Investigator.

Pablo Delgado is a member of the New York State Corrections Emergency Response Team, has been a New York State Correction Officer for over 20 years and has worked as an Investigator in a Tasks Force apprehending fugitives with the New York State Police Department as well as the New York City Police Department. Mr. Delgado has over 10 years experience as an Instructor and is a 6th degree Black Belt with 41 years experience in the Martial Arts.
