Ray A. Sulla is a retired Detective Sergeant of the New York City Police Department who has over 20 years of diversified experience in the Warrants Division, Housing and Detective Bureaus and Anti Crime. Mr. Sulla is a Certified Hazmat Technician and is certified by New York State Office of Homeland Security in Biological, Chemical, Radiological and Nuclear Weapons and Incident Command. He has traveled around the country teaching First Responders about Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) for New York State Office of Homeland Security. Mr. Sulla has numerous training courses to his name from Criminal Investigations to Dignitary Protection. Mr. Sulla is also licensed as a Private Investigator.
